How to find your Windows Version

There are two ways to find what version of Microsoft Windows is on your computer.

1. By what the Start button (in the lower left corner of the screen) usually looks like:
   1.  Windows XP (usually square with the word Start on it)
   2.  Windows Vista and 7
2. Or you can press the Windows Key and the R key (simultaneously) on your keyboard to get the Run dialog window. Type in WINVER and it'll show you your Windows version.
