Shown in "Memory Mode"* where the patient reads the text, then answers a question from memory. The story is then hidden and the patient sees a question and 4 possible answers.

  * Memory Mode is one of the extra features in the Deluxe and Professional versions. This feature not available in the Home version.

The screen below demonstrates how Aphasia Tutor 3 provides a hint if the patient has difficulty with a question.  This is from lesson 4, the highest level of difficulty in AT3: Story Reading.
